REMARK:
Once visa approval (VAL) has been obtained from EMGS, students are required to pay 1st year tuition fee in full before arriving to the University of Geomatika Malaysia (UGM).
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR APPLICATION & VISA PROCESSING:
- Complete the UGM Application Form.
- EMGS and Application Fees of RM 4,150 Cheque/ bank draft should be made payable to GEO GLOBAL.

– Certified true copies of academic results relevant to the entry requirement of the applied program.
– Proof of English Language proficiency e.g IELTS or TOEFL if any.
– 6 photographs with white background, size 3.5 cm x 5 cm- 2 sets of passport copies including blank pages.
– Please take note that Pre-Health Medical screening results conducted in the home country must be submitted along with a complete UGM Application Form.
- Applications from SUDAN and NIGERIA are required to provide N.O.C (No Objection Certificate).
- Applications from IRAN are required to provide L.O.E (Letter of Eligibility)
CHANGE OF PROGRAMME
- PROCESSING FEES (EMGS guideline applies to EMGS) RM 2,650 SUBSEQUENT YEAR
- EMGS renewal: RM1,000
(Inclusive of the processing fee, insurance, health screening, and student pass), visa fee is payable to EMGS
NOTE:
- Fees may change without prior notice at the discretion of UGM
- If payment is made in the student’s home country, then payment must be in the form of telegraphic (TT) only.
- Students who do not hold the minimum English requirements either in IELTS, TOFEL, CPE, CAE & PTE are required to re-sit OR take our EPP after arrival in Malaysia with a duration of 6 months.
- The EPP is a preparatory class before the students re-sit for one of the tests mentioned until meet the required score for the program applied.
